Response Error Codes

The following table identifies error codes specific to the Risk Service APIs.

900Internal error, such as database connection, or third-party errors.Contact the NPS Tech Support team.
901Service is in stand-in mode.Contact the NPS Tech Support team. Stand-In mode indicates that the third party is unable to process the request.
950Merchant is not configured properly, or merchant is not configured to use the Risk Service.Correct the merchant configuration.
960Data validation error.
Note: This error code will provide additional error description in the response message “message” and “dataPath” fields.
Check message in the response and correct the error.
970Data not found.
Note: This error code is applicable to the retrieve score service.
Retrieve Score request; unable to locate risk score. Confirm UUID is correct.
